What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Where does this store ship from?

T-shirts, hoodies, pillow cases, laptop cases, and bags ship from Greensburg, PA.
Everything else ships from Palo Alto, CA.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order so please allow production time. 95% of orders are sent out within 48 hours after placement. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up an additional 2-6 business days to ship depending on printing type.
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered in one to five days after your order has shipped. Deliveries to AK, HI, P.O. boxes and Puerto Rico can take up to 7 days to be delivered. Please see the USA map here for standard shipping times.

Do you offer a faster shipping method?

If you need a faster shipping method please visit the "Shipping Upgrades + Gift Wrapping" section of the site for your shipping upgrade options. Please pay special attention to the description as it lists the eligible countries the upgrade can be applied to.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, all US orders come with tracking information. Once your item(s) have shipped you will be notified by email with tracking information. Standard international orders do not come with tracking however all upgraded shipping options do. For shipping upgrades please visit the "Shipping Upgrades + Gift Wrapping" section of the store.

Where Is My Shipping Notification?

If you do not receive your shipping notification I ask that you please check your junk mail for the email. If you do not receive one in 2-5 days please contact me at MuchNeededMerch@hotmail.com.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No, although it is the fastest way to pay you can pay with a credit or debit card. Just go through the check out process and the last step will take you to PayPal. Underneath the sign in box there is a link "Pay with credit or debit card" click this link and fill out your information and you are good to go!

Do you make custom orders?

Are there any other fees I should be aware of?

The shipping costs vary depending on the quantity that you are ordering, the shipping destination, and the shipping method that you select. Should this apply to your order you will receive a money request for the additional funds through Paypal. Also note that international orders may acquire additional costs due to duties, taxes and brokerage.

How are your t shirts made?

Digital Direct: Digital Direct uses superior textile ink to print directly onto the apparel. When using Digital Direct on white apparel, the shirt fabric will be the white or transparent parts of your design. For example, the stars and white stripes of an American Flag would be the t-shirt itself. With darker t-shirts, we print a layer of white ink under the design then add the colored ink on top of that initial layer. The colored ink is then embedded directly into the white layer for a rich, vibrant effect. Using the above example, an American Flag would first be a white rectangle, with the red and blue elements printed on top of this initial layer of white. Therefore, these prints can feel a bit thicker than those on light-colored t-shirts.
Flex/Flock Print: A detailed look at each step
1. The Plot Foil First a special cutting machine, the plotter, cuts out your design from a plot foil. Every color is individually cut from its respective foil. Then comes the "weeding".; This is where employees require a great deal of patience, dexterity and a metal stylus to remove the unnecessary pieces from the foil by hand.
2. The Raw Materials In the meantime, our "stock dudes" search for the still unprinted t-shirt of your choice from the stock shelves and put it together with the design. Before it moves onto the next step, we give it a scrutinizing look over at quality control. Everything there? Great, then off to the press with the shirt and the foil.
3. The Press Now the t-shirt and the foil are pressed together. The pressing process is a very critical moment, where above all a good eye and experience is a must. The t-shirt is spread over the press and the foil is placed on the desired spot. Then it gets hot: depending on the printing method and color, the foils and fabric are melted together at 170 degrees Celsius for up to 20 seconds.
4. Check-in & Shipping A last good detailed look: is everything there and in the right position? If everything is correct, your t-shirt is packed and given to a logistics service provider, who brings it to you as quickly as possible. 5. And, do you like it? In short, we hope that you have fun with your new, personalized article of clothing.

How Can I Make My New Clothing Last Longer?

Instructions for Flex and Flock Products
(Those with a color chart are made with this technique)
Designed not to fade, our plot printing materials are of the highest quality. Please note the following recommended care instructions.
T-shirts should be washed inside out and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water. Sparkle Flex should be hand washed.
When drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Machine drying not recommended for Sparkle Flex.
To avoid possible shrinkage: Lay flat to dry.
To maintain the life of the design, t-shirts should be ironed inside out on a low heat setting without the use of steam. This step also aids in refreshing the colors in the design.
Dry cleaning is not recommended.

Instructions for Digital Printing Products

All digital prints, especially those designed with dark colors, are prone to fading over time. Digital designs can be preserved very well for 1-2 years if these recommended care instructions are followed.
T-shirts should be washed inside out and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
To avoid any form of fading, machine drying is not recommended.
Lay flat to dry.
Dry cleaning is not recommended.
